The RMDGroup Whistleblowing Channel enables a secure and confidential way to report any conduct that may constitute a breach of the Code of Conduct, internal policies or applicable laws.

The channel is available to employees, directors, officers, suppliers, customers, business partners and any other individual or organization maintaining a professional relationship with RMDGroup.

Any Affected Person who becomes aware of, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, any illegal, improper or non-compliant conduct should report it to the Compliance Unit (CU) through any of the following means:

Reports may be submitted either anonymously, where permitted by applicable law or an identified basis. All reports will be handled in the strictest confidence and with full respect for the rights of all parties involved.
